Residential - I have worked with a number of first or multiple time home buyers and it requires patience. I have clients that have bought cash on site and some I have been showing homes for over a year. I can easily provide a CMA or BPO for any property.
Multifamilies - These are what secure peoples futures. I have clients who live off of the properties they rent. You can easily have you tenants pay your bills, and I know how to find these homes with or without MLS.
Specialties: Listing, marketing properties for sellers. It is all about the pricing, must be done right from the beginning for a quick sale. I would say another one of my specialties are working with buyers. Buyers who know what they want and are ready financially. It can be cash or loan all I ask of my clients is that they are committed as they are with me. Whatever the property is, i can find it even if it is not on MLS. Investors who purchase homes to flip I can easly help you buy and put it back on the market for you. I prefer to work with buyers that are aggressive as I am.
